POLICIES
Check in time is after 4pm and check out by 10am. We have self check in, no reception desk. Additional room information will be sent with confirmation.
Rooster Comb Inn is an Inn not a B&B. We do not serve breakfast. We do however, offer a full kitchen with coffee and coffee maker, fridge with creamer and condiments, for guests to use.
PAYMENT
To guarantee your reservation, we require credit card information.
CANCELLATION
Your card will be refunded, less $25.00 if a cancellation occurs 14 days or longer away from the arrival date. If within the 14 day period, refunds will only be given if the reservation can be filled by someone else or we will credit you toward a future stay.
Due to the nature of this small business, we cannot absorb late cancellations and changes in plans due to weather or reasons beyond our control. Early departures are charged for the full stay as reserved.
We will refund payment only if we are able to re-rent the room/s.
CHILDREN
Children 3 and under stay for free.
PETS
Pets are most welcome to vacation with their people. There are bags provided to clean up after your pet. If hiking, please bring grooming tools and towels to remove the “forest” before entering the inn. There will be a $20 charge per stay. Additional cleaning fee may be applied.
